Questions
Do I need to give you my Steam password?+
Never. We only need your public profile link or Dota friend ID. We never sign in to your account.
Why can't you find my games?+
In Dota, open Settings, then Options, then Social, and turn on Expose Public Match Data. Without it, nobody outside your client can see your matches.
How long until my clip shows up?+
Usually 15 to 30 minutes after the game ends. Valve takes a few minutes to publish the replay, then we record it.
What counts as a sick play?+
Rampages, ultra kills, teamfights you swing and Roshan takes. We score every fight you were part of and clip the best.
Which game modes work?+
Any match with a replay: ranked, unranked and turbo, at every rank.
Can I cancel Pro?+
Anytime, in two clicks from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the month you paid for.
